It was requested that I write a tutorial for the frame I made. To make the background tiles for this frame you will first need to go to this site and follow Shala's ribbon  tutorial. Once you have completed those background tiles come back here and continue on with the tutorial to make the above frame. To make this tutorial easier to follow I will refer to the number of which I named each tile. There is a guide below to help you.

Ribbon1                                   Ribbon 2

Step 1     Pic an image or  a tube of your choice. I chose to use a tube because I thought the frame may be too busy for the image or visa versa. Go to styles forground, click on the black arrow and select ribbon 1 at 100%, then do the same for styles background this time select ribbon 2.

If you chose to use a tube you will want to open a new transparent canvas about 250 x 300 pixels, flood fill with white, then copy and paste your tube as a new layer.

Step 2     Now add a 10 pixel border to your image, select it with your magic wand, now invert selection and apply the following cutout.

Step 3     Now invert selection again and flood fill with ribbon 1, apply an inner bevel with these settings. Deselect.

Step 4     Now add another border of 25 pixels select it using your magic wand flood fill with ribbon2 at 75% and invert selection, apply the cutout as above. Invert selection again and apply the same cutout as above.

Step 5     Now add a new border of 10 pixels, select it using your magic wand, flood fill it with ribbon1, and apply the inner bevel using the same settings as above.  Now select all and apply the cutout again. You are now done.
